When I weighed Thursday evening after working in temps that were over 105 on the heat index?

I weighed 189 lbs.

14 years ago I weighed 185 which was the lowest I can remember weighing in the last 20 years.

From 38 years old to 52 years old I gained four lbs.

We went swimming Saturday.

I swam the width of the pool (25 meters, or 82 feet) underwater on the first attempt :-).

First time I had tried in 20+ years to do something like that.

Two close to twenty somethings in the prime of their lives couldn't do it.
