I was woken up by a phone call at 1 PM today lol. It was my attorney. I had tried to call her last night but with no signal I couldn't get through. We were supposed to meet at 8 AM this morning after I took Nicholas to school. There was no school. I didn't think she would be open for business. I told her I could be there in 20 minutes and I was, with the child support records from 2013. I had to go to the child support office and get the records for 2012 as well. I asked her what the hold up was and why things were taking so long. She said she honestly believed that since Candi (Her honest to god real name and no, she is not hot lol) had her hip replaced and everyone in her office had quit lol. She thought that was the reason for the delay more than anything premeditated on their part. Which is good. But I still told Carol "Her ability to staff her office should not impact my and my son's future, that's her problem." I'll tell her to her face, I'll tell it to her face in court. Speaking of a life we're gonna live...is there anything you can think of that would put the shit Nich has been through any farther behind him than all of us being together? Me neither...her and her past behavior will just be a long lost distant memory very very quickly...

Speaking of which we have a date! A court date that is. Jan 14th. Next Tuesday. Of all days. lol. Had to be Jan.14th. Nich's birthday. Least I am off work. Motion of contempt of court for not paying child support. Seems almost like poetic justice if you ask me. Carol is hoping by forcing her hand she will just sign her rights away. Hope it works. Going to bring up I need the right to relocate for economic reason to within a particular geographic radius. Say 250 miles? That ought to be more than enough right Lucy?. I can hear Carol already, "Mr. Hollifield has been driving 90 miles one way to work for going on four years, if he were able to...":-) Hows that grab ya Lucy? I think it sounds great.

Carol said "Your girl is cute". I told her condensed version of the story. Told her about my list that I had made. That you just walked in one day. Shes a very smart woman Carol. Her first question? "Well did ya say thanks?" Well yeah...like everyday...duh. "Why you?" she ask laughing lol...Showed her the pic of me and Nich at Dave Mathews...she just smiled, "Its a good pic" she said. "Keep in mind we had just met and I was sitting there in khakis and a sport shirt." Told her I saw your jaw drop lol. Told her about Joe Williams. Told her about how mad he was for no, absolutely no reason. Told her the pre-story that goes with Joe. What she say? "Oh my...that's too funny, of course he was jealous, after what you had told him?" She got it, first time right off the bat, never heard anything about it before. Told her you were talking to my friends and that every once in a while I would pick u on something but that it was obvious...She just smiled and said "You deserve it. All you been through." I was kind of like that's the way I look at it as well. Told then I text you at three in the AM all the time tell you to tell me to leave right now and watch what happens. You should have seen the look on Mindy's face. That's Carols aid. She lit up. She's 40 or so, cute, funny, very married. When I'm waiting to see Carol or talking to her on the phone it makes it bearable cause shes nice. Anyway, she had that "Oh my god he means it" look on her face. Carol has known me a long time, she wasn't shocked at all. I didn't tell Mindy the story but showed her pictures of the lake at Sunset...Your song just came on lol "Here comes my girl" live version, just balled my eyes out...anyway where was I? Oh yeah...Showed her the waterfalls...didn't even mention anything about bikes lol...Just told her about you...Told them I had told Chad..."Dude, one day if she says come I'm out of here..." Chad knows, he don't have to tell me, he see other forces at work here as well. I told Carol and Mindy "When I'm gone I'll purge my Face book account of about 50 people, Carol chimes in "The ones who think you're just wanting to show off." Told you she was sharp as a tack. I pointed right at her and said "exactly". I would leave the people who have known and loved us from the beginning and wanted to know what was going on in our lives and the rest of them can go away. Mindy said she didn't like all these people posting about how great their lives are on FB. I said those the ones that are miserable. Again she just looks at me startled like "OMG, he's right". I told her "A wise man once told me, a rich man aint gotta prove he's rich, if their lives were so great they wouldn't feel the need to show everyone." It's why I put my pics on Goggle + it was picassa web albums before and everything was already there, if somebody wants to see them great, they will have to want to go there and see them...if not I don't really give a shit.

Came home, laundry, chix and dumpling for lunch, laundry...brewed a pot of coffee, wrote this...taking down the tree tonight...Auburn vs. Fla St for college football title...gotta go with Auburn (SEC Team)...watched lock stock and two smoking barrels with Nich last night, gonna watch Goodfellas tonight...school is already cancelled for tomorrow...
