Just sayin. Like you want less. Give me a break. Running with two ticketing systems and two alerting systems for a while. of course me and Chad would be the first to have to sit in here at night and do this. hardly any alerts for the day shift guys today. Were getting hammered. lots of bull shit alerts till groups decide what they want to be alerted on. meanwhile all we can do is write tickets.
