somewhat animated talk with Janet this afternoon when I woke up.

Thought it might have been the end there for a while.

That is not what I want.

It's not what she wants either.

Thank goodness.

Cleared the air of a lot of things.

Both of us.

Told her it wasn't fair that she expects me to bring Nicholas up here for her when she won't make a trip to see us.

Told her I already come up here 6x a month.

She is retired.

If she wants to spend time with us then come be with us.

Told her I was tired of hearing about all the work she was doing on the Buick she is giving Nicholas.

Tires door, etc.

Told her if she was doing it for Hubert she wouldn't be complaining to him about it and I didn't wanna hear it either.

Told her about Hubert being a shyster.

That when he thought I was asleep one time downstairs I overheard him talking.

Sizing up things to sell or get rid of. He was doing the same with the truck.

"Why didn't you tell me then?"

"Cause you were happy and having a good time and were so enamored with him you wouldn't have believed me anyway so what would have been the point? Plus I was glad to see you happy."

"I don't believe it."

"Call mom, call Nicholas, call Al, I told everyone of them when it happened."

I think that hit her pretty hard.

She knew all along, just never wanted to admit it to herself.

"You're gulible, people take advantage, Bernice, Phillip, Sam, Hubert. How many of them are still around? You treat them better than you treat us. if I didn't value this relationship I would have already given you your keys back and walked out the door. How much am I really putting you out by sleeping downstairs 6x a month Janet?"

"None really."

"It's all I ask of you."

"No one asked you to give that car to Nicholas, you volunteered to do so."

Anyway, we exercised a lot of demons today.

Glad we both got a lot off our chest.

She said something to the effect that I wouldn't be working up here much longer.

Now why would that be Lucy?

Bet I know :-).

When I was leaving we hugged and we both agreed that it was good to air things out.

I told her hopefully were good for another 5 years lol.

Anyway, feel like we got Nicholas squared away, now we got Janet squared away, more on Christian here in a minute, hopefully we will have work squared away here after Tuesdays meeting.

What a day and my shift hasn't even started yet.
