don't say it much here any more because I know a lot more people than I want to think about will see it and I don't like it when people of faith call attention to themselves.but here are the facts:

I give thanks everyday, everyday, for a roof over my head, clothes on my back, and food in my belly.

Anything and everything above this?

I rarely ask for anything for myself when I pray, generally when I pray its a bout lifting up others and their needs, not mine. If I do ask for something? It's usually health and peace of mind, that's it.

When I get down about things?

That's the best time to forget about yourself and your troubles and lift others up.
