Not released as to how many barrels were involved as warehouse had allegedly been under construction and a number of barrels removed prior to collapse."

It doesn't say what cause the collaspe but I always thought it was interesting at Evan Williams in their rickhouses they had plumb bobs mounted so that if the wind got to strong and the plumb bob moved past a certian point? Get out! One barrell weights anywhere from 75 to 120 lbs, so call it a hundred and x it by 20,000 = 2 million lbs of weight stored six? Eight stories tall perhaps? You get that much weight moving in one direction?
