by the nickname Big Balls, chimed in during the meeting."

Big Balls is seen as an expert
who can just rummage through
the payment systems of the federal government,
despite having no relevant expertise
in auditing enormous institutions."
"When they got to the substance of what Coristine was doing for DOGE, he insisted that he was looking to “root out fraud and waste” and he was looking at the payment systems.
