I mean how do you get that wrong?

How is it even possible to conceive this day and age where most people use debit/credit cards when they travel?

How could you possibly get the date wrong that somebody checked into a hotel?

It just doesn't make any sense.

Most will never get the true story about this event.

My step dad and I were watching the news last night. 

I don't hardly watch TV (except for NFL and NASCAR right now anyway:-) 

but I like watching the news with Al.

Al was a safety manager for a manufacturing firm.

Retired Army before that..

If I remember right he told me he was involved in several investigations of accidents while he was in the military.

He said they always told them to keep an open minds and just follow the evidence to eventually figure out what happened.

From his point of view, "It takes time, things will change." makes perfect sense.

I get that, I can see that.

But they had the wrong check in date?
