11. Excuse:

"A professing Christian wronged me."

Answer:

Granted. But is this nay reason why you should wrong God and insult Christ, who loved you and gave himself for you? "He that believeth on the Son have everlasting life: he that believeth not on the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.  (John 3:36)

12. Excuse:

"There is to much to give up."

Answer: Better give up everything than loose the soul. Put Christ and your soul ahead of all else. Is it to much to give up paste pearls for glistening gems? Dirt for diamonds?

Is it to much to give up rags for riches?
