I

can hear them already.
"I can't believe he said that about childbirth."
Over a million children are born every three days.

In this culture?
We over glorify the role of women who give birth.
Notice I didn't say mothers. There is a difference. A big one.
At the same time we diminish the role a father has in a child's life as if they automatically couldn't raise a child as well as or better than somebody who birthed one based solely on their sex.

Somebody chooses to have a child and her status is automatically elevated above that of the father regardless of who proves themselves to be the better parent over time.

Why? Because of the reproductive organ somebody was born with?
Makes complete sense right?

I'll stick by my statement till the day I die.
Childbirth is a common occurrence.
You didn't do anything millions of others haven't done before or after you.
