sure I remember somebody talking bout how are the biggest sitting duck in the world right now and we are woefully unprepared for a cyberattack (among other things)...

Only it aint gonna be an attack...

It's going to be ongoing cyber warfare.

And we don't even know how to report suspicious activity on our networks?
