Oh

you so just got my vote Charles Booker.

You had it anyway but this seals the deal.

Protesters Boo'd The Mess Out Of Kentucky AG Daniel Cameron And Shouted 'Breonna Taylor'

You should have a frown on your face after what you did.

"Supporters of Breonna Taylor showed up in large numbers at a political convention in Kentucky and drowned out Daniel Cameron, the attorney general who failed to indict any of the officers involved in the killing of the 26-year-old EMT in 2020. As Cameron tried to rally the crowd at the annual Fancy Farm Picnic, Taylor’s supporters chanted  “Breonna Taylor” throughout his speech.

"According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, the Fancy Farm Picnic came shortly after the Department of Justice charged four Louisville Metro Police Department officers in connection with Taylor’s death. Cameron continued to face more scrutiny after the DOJ revealed the results of its investigation, which alleged that three of the officers submitted a false affidavit to secure a search warrant for Taylor’s residence."

(Thats what I always maintained about that case. How did the wrong address end up on the search warrant? Who ever was responsible for that should be held accountable. If that hadn't happened they wouldn't have been at her address to start with. Manslaughter charges at a minimum. And it takes the DOJ to come to KY to find this out? In this guys own state? The top law enforcement officer cant figure it out? But the FEDS can? We should all be outraged. What if that was your daughter?)

Matthew 22:36-40

“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

How exactly are you adhering to the second one if you're not outraged at this guys behavior? Somebody please come explain that to me.

"The attorney general, however, had chosen not to investigate how the warrant was obtained or if it contained misinformation. Cameron said he was unable to examine the warrant because it was outside of the scope of what his office was tasked with doing, the Herald-Leader reports."

(Doing what was right was outside the scope of what his office was tasked with doing? What a bunch of nonsense. If that was a white kid from the suburbs star athlete outstanding student do you think he would have said: "it was outside of the scope of what his office was tasked with doing"?)

"Charles Booker, the Democrat who’s challenging sitting U.S. Senator Rand Paul, rallied Taylor’s supporters during the Fancy Farm Picnic. Booker raised his fist as the crowd continued to chant Taylor’s name.

We’re calling for justice,” Booker said at the rally. “We’re calling for accountability. Anybody that’s running for governor needs to be responsible to the people of Kentucky.

Amen!

“I know folks have very strong feelings about this case …but we have a responsibility to not give into any preferred narrative,”

Like yours Mr Cameron? Preferred narrative that is. Doing what is moraly right, is never a "preferred narrative" regardles of what your office was tasked with.

This kinda crap just gets way under my skin. It just does. It's just so obviously wrong.

Been through fancy farm BTW. never the picnic but Ive been there :-).

"The event (Fancy Farm Picnic) was recognized in the 1985 Guinness Book of World Records as the "World's Largest Picnic", for the consumption of 15,000 pounds of mutton, pork, and chicken at the 1982 picnic."

"St. Jeromes Cathloic Church. Fancy Farm, KY. Built in 1836."

The guy should be ashamed of himself and we as voters of KY should hold him accountable.
