We can all have a grand time and people come out ahead with minimal investment of time and money on their part.

Their behavior will determine the course of action that will be followed.

Seriously, their behavior will determine what will to happen to that house.

Cause I'm telling you, it hasn't meant a damn thing to me for years.

It means way more to others in the community than it ever did to me.

I will not be held over a barrel anymore or be made to feel like I'm indebted to anyone for anything.
