on The Minor Prophets Greatest Hits.

Recurrent themes of idolatry, greed, wickedness 

and spiritual desolation causing Gods wrath once again.

His people?

Eventually?

Always find relief.

Always.

All kinds of talk about merchants 

and gold and silver 

and robbing workers of their wages

(Income inequality anybody?)

and nothing will be able save the wicked from that day.

Nothing.

The poor.

The oppressed.

The fatherless.

The widow.

The alien.

All deserve justice 

But it doesn't come from corrupt rulers

or the courts.

It all, ought to sound strikingly familiar.

The day of the Lord is coming.
Nothing will stop it.
Period.
