Avi's blog posts are veering off into things that are for the most part irrelevant although they still deserve to be read/monitored for important information etc. Ground based amateur telescopes are exceeding NASA and other commentators/writers from "second tier" information streams if you want to call them that are surpassing Avi in explaining what is going on.
This is precisely what Honey and I said on our front porch in July.
