People need

to hear this more:

(along with some other things)

We Are Not a Christian Nation -

Pastor Loran Livingston tells us why

we're not a Christian nation

Loran Livingston

0:00

"We're not a Christian nation."

(I have always maintained that

See: Wednesday, August 9, 2017

Christian Nation )

"You see,

a Christian nation would not have killed and displaced

20 million Native Americans who are still

marginalized and suffering greatly.

A Christian nation would never have thought that owning slaves

was somehow pleasing to God and okay to do or that it lined up with scripture.

Not only did we practice it, but it was so important to us

that we split a nation, had a civil war,

fought against each other, and 500,000

Americans died

because some people wanted

to own as property other people.

More people, more Americans died in the Civil War

than any other war we've ever fought in the history of this country,

including World War II.'

(He goes on and obviously

our positions on abortion differ.)

"No Christian nation would thoughtlessly murder

80 million unborn babies, mostly minorities.

thoughtlessly throw them in a trash can and be done with it.

Mostly minorities.

I'm pro-choice. People say,

"Well, uh, you are for the most racist stance

in this country, knowing that abortion affects minorities

more than anybody else."

And you stand for that."

(No soul?

No murder

and scripture is quite clear

nobody knows

when the soul enters the body

Ecclesiastes 11:5

As thou knowest not

what is the way of the spirit,

(The breath of life)

nor how the bones do grow

in the womb of her that is with child:

even so thou knowest not

the works of God who maketh all.

Not saying I like it,

agree with it etc

just saying

NOBODY KNOWS

if it was murder or not.

When you can tell me why the wind blows

in the manner it does?

Then you can tell me

when the soul enters the body.

Till then?

Im not listening much.

And if you go all:

Jeremiah 1:5

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,

    before you were born I set you apart;

I appointed you as a prophet to the nations

I'll say look at the context.

And if you go all:

"God even knows the hairs of your head"

on me:

Luke 12:7, Matthew 10:30.

I'll probably bring up

something about predestination:

Revelation 13:8, Revelation 17:8

When was Rahab saved?

Same as you and me.

When our names were written

in the Lambs book of life

BEFORE:

THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD

David and Moses were murders BTW.

Just sayin...sometimes we like to forget things.)

"Do you think a Christian nation would be gender confused?

A Christian nation would fund and finance the butchering of children's bodies to

change their sex because abusive adults

were so empty and lost that they would advise young children

who don't even understand biology much less the sexual process to have their bodies changed."

(We should have been on the look out for

"hybrids" of all kinds years ago.)

"Do you think a Christian nation would praise and promote same sex union? No, sir.

A woman marrying a woman and a man marrying a man.

You notice I said union. I didn't say marriage. T

he only definition of marriage is one woman and one man.

or any other perverted union."

"Could could a could the conscience of a Christian nation

allow that nation to spend billions of dollars on sports stadiums

while the poor, the hungry, the jobless

sit in the shadow of those arenas in rat infested low

income housing.

No Christian nation wouldn't stand for that.

No Christian nation's heart

would allow sports and entertainment to

become more important

than the Bible, God's word, godly instruction,

and basic skills in school like reading,

writing, adding, subtracting, counting back change.

Nope. A Christian nation wouldn't let only the prospective great athletes have

all the privileges and all the wealthy people have all of the blessings.

("NEWSFLASH:

NO CHRISTIAN NATION

WOULD WORSHIP

ITS OWN MILITRAY EITHER!

Micah chapters 5 and 6...

NAB NOTES

 [9-13]

Part of the messianic restoration will consist in

the removal of everything

that has drawn

Israel

(Believers)

away from the Lord;

this includes not only the objects

of false worship,

but also

the armaments

in which the idolaters

had trusted.

9 On that day,

says the LORD,

I will destroy the horses

from your midst and ruin your chariots;

(Your military is going away.)

"A Christian nation would weep and do something about

our military veterans sleeping on the streets.

I mean, do something about it.

(Been going on since WW1 BTW.

Others

'A Christian nation would not allow sick,

poor people to suffer without medicine.

Because big pharma companies charge too much money.

A Christian nation would say, "No way.

Get medicine and get help to these people.

(So let em grow their own

medicine for God sake!

Mercy ALWAYS trumps sacrifice
was the lesson of David and the show bread yo.)

"No Christian nation would ban the Bible or remove the Bible from anything.

So I just thought I would uh lay that before you

and maybe see if we can't understand some things.

The church of Jesus Christ

in this country is the only light there is.

I don't know if he mentions it or not

I dont have the full sermon,

But how can

a "Christian Nation" justify a

$1.5 trillion defense budget

and not care about your citizens:

Health

Education

or

Standard of living?

ITS EASY TO GO AFTER:

Abortion.

Sports and entertainment.

Trans. people.

Gay-marriage.

Lack of Veterans benefits

but don't you dare

say anything against:

THE SATANIC

US WAR MACHINE.

I was all glad to see him saying

what he did,

but going after

"Sports and entertainment"

and leaving out the wars since Vietnam

and the economic sanctions

which have

killed an estimated

38 million people

??????????

See:

Effects of international sanctions on age-specific mortality: a cross-national panel data analysis

Seems like a lil misplaced ire to me.

Glad to hear him say what he did.

But we need to go

a lil further than that as well.

And it was a lil more than bizarre

yesterday, driving past the site

of a future surveillance (data) center

and then going to worship and singing:

"My country tis of thee

sweet land of liberty..."

WTF?

"Interpreters bible exposition

Rev13:15.

Living in an Unreal World.

(Indeed we are)

The picture the man of Patmos paints is fairly fantastic in its evil confusion. The true God is ignored. The beast is worshiped. The lifeless image breathes and speaks words of wicked power. A phantasmagoria of evil has taken the place of the reign of good. The false vitality of wickedness masters the state. What seems real to men is actually unreal to them. What for the moment seems unreal to them is the eternal rule of GOD.
