"...I am a poor boy too, pa rum pa pum pum
I have no gift to bring, pa rum pa pum pum..."

Never ends...never.

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never ends.

Who makes you smile Lucy?

Tom

Tom is the eldery white gentleman in the picture. He worked at Kindred as a security guard. On his right is Derrick Brice who I also ran into at Kindred. He also worked there as a security guard for a while. I went to high school and played football with Derrick. Funny we ran into each other after not having seen each other since high school till he walked into the NOC one day doing his rounds.

Back to Tom. He is the one that saw you that day in the lobby and said "Who is that? Wow!" I told him "Remember the story I told you about the young lady in the parking garage?" The look on his face lol, priceless...anyway, with hands out motioning downward slowly he says "Be patient, it will be worth it." I never had any idea how much so...

Love ya Lucy.

One of...

We had Christmas with mom and Al tonight.
This was one of her gifts to me, the picture of me and Nicholas before the Tom Petty concert put inside a see through ornament.
Nice...very nice.

Yes sporting a full beard with a pronounced soul patch.
Just for the winter.
Always have some kind of covering on my head anyway so the full beard with shaved head doesn't look so stupid lol.

Love you.
Peace.

Lots...

Lots of double digit page views lately Lucy.

Whatsup?

Rumi

Patience is not sitting and waiting, it is foreseeing.
It is looking at the thorn and seeing the rose, looking at the night and seeing the day.
Lovers are patient and know that the moon needs time to become full.

Sermon...

Sermon was great.

I was 100 % spot on with it.

Said Amen loud and by myself for the first time ever. Nobody else said a damn thing.
They needed to hear it.

"So much fear in the world today. What are you so scared of? Hording your guns. Thats all fine for hunting and so on I get it. I do too.Your gonna protect your property. You can have them I don't want them. I don't have one in the house. It's just stuff. If somebody broke in my home I'd just give it to them."

A FREAKING MEN.

I have two antique rifles.
But people take things a little to far these days.
Christian. I love him like my brother. But he got a $1000 gun safe and sixteen guns ammo etc.
Thing is like a small room.
Has AC outlets, USB outlets, Ethernet connection.
If he had all the money he had spent on ammo and guns over the years he could have paid his bills and had a good credit rating and a home years ago. He will never understand. Luckily for both of us I know better than to try to explain.

I told the Pastor after the service "Fear is a lair. It's not what your creator wants you to experience. If you truly have faith what is there for you to be scared of?" I could tell he was like "Wow somebody gets it."

Yeah...righton.

Peace.
Be with You.

Gotta...

Gotta get...

Tell me right now to come where you're at and watch what happens.

I'd marry you tomorrow.

Promise.

Try me...

Nich...

Nich met Wayne Coyne of the flamimg Lips.
He got his autograph.
Pretty big deal.
Actually we both met him very very cool.
Nich told him he liked his music because he wasn't afraid to be himself and it inspired him. He told nich that to not be true to who you know yourself to be is where the pain comes from.
Glad we went even if it was on four hours sleep and my knees hurting lol.
Seriously, it was great.

The Flaming Lips are an American rock band formed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1983. Instrumentally, their sound contains lush, multi-layered, psychedelic rock arrangements, but lyrically their compositions show elements of space rock, including unusual song and album titles—such as "What Is the Light? (An Untested Hypothesis Suggesting That the Chemical [In Our Brains] by Which We Are Able to Experience the Sensation of Being in Love Is the Same Chemical That Caused the "Big Bang" That Was the Birth of the Accelerating Universe)". They are also acclaimed for their elaborate live shows, which feature costumes, balloons, puppets, video projections, complex stage light configurations, giant hands, large amounts of confetti, and frontman Wayne Coyne's signature man-sized plastic bubble, in which he traverses the audience. In 2002, Q magazine named The Flaming Lips one of the "50 Bands to See Before You Die."
The band is best known for its associations with 1960s and 1970s psychedelic subculture, with elements of this culture permeating the group's instrumentation, effects, and composition. Coyne's lyrics, in particular, both reference and embody the fascination with the science fiction and space opera genres of fiction that were popular during the golden age of psychedelic subculture.[1] His lyrical style tends to use the imagery and plot conventions of space opera to frame more abstract themes about the unfolding cycles of romantic love, highlighting its vulnerability while delving into its metaphysical implications.[1]
The group recorded several albums and EPs on an indie label, Restless, in the 1980s and early 1990s. After signing to Warner Brothers, they scored a hit in 1993 with "She Don't Use Jelly". Although it has been their only hit single in the U.S., the band has maintained critical respect and, to a lesser extent, commercial viability through albums such as 1999's The Soft Bulletin (which was NME magazine's Album of the Year) and 2002's Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots. They have had more hit singles in the UK and Europe than in the U.S. In February 2007, they were nominated for a 2007 BRIT Award in the "Best International Act" category. By 2007, the group garnered three Grammy Awards, including two for Best Rock Instrumental Performance.

I like the Yoshimi battles the Pink Robots record a lot. This song is from it.
Love you.

"...Sometimes

"...Sometimes I wanna wrap my coat around you...

Sometimes I wanna keep you warm...

Sometimes I wanna wrap my coat around you...

Sometimes I wanna burn a candle for you..."

So...

So after the show we get back to Janet's' after the great cell phone charger fiasco mess and Nichs been in the mosh pit and he says "I gotta take a shower." She has one downstairs where we both slept. He looked in the mirror and said "Do you wanna take a picture of my hair?" I looked over at him laughed and said yeah...when I recovered from laughing I told him he looked like Robert Smith of the Cure,,,"Who?" he asked. I showed a young lady both pictures while we were waiting in line at the record store to meet The Flaming Lips lead singer. Nicholas just said..."I hate you..." and we all laughed.

Songs awesome. Great intro, first lyrics really get stuck in your head easy.  Great keyboard and guitar parts...The Cure featuring Nich...No I mean with Robert Smith.

"Show me how you do that trick
The one that makes me scream" she said
"The one that makes me laugh" she said
And threw her arms around my neck
"Show me how you do it
And I promise you I promise that
I'll run away with you
I'll run away with you..."
