I know the perfect place we can go to over in Evansville.

I know how to handle my business, I managed restaurants for nine years.

I'm just at home at a White Castle as I am some place with white table cloths and three spoons and three forks.

That dichotomy fascinates you, it's obvious, you've said as much yourself.

The staff at this place understands.

This aint no freakin' Applebee's.

When the waiter comes to the table?

I'll say "We are here to take our time. We're going to be here for a while. We want to soak it all in.

We want to enjoy the 'experience' not just the food.

Take care of us and I'll take care of you. We will be starting with some drinks or wine, do you have any suggestions?"

And we will get our drinks, and we will talk and just enjoy it all for a while.

Then we will proceed to appetizers, and we will talk and just enjoy it all for a while.

Then salads and we will talk and just enjoy it all for a while.

Then entree's and we will talk and just enjoy it all for a while.

Deserts and we will talk and just enjoy it all for a while.

Coffee and or cordials and we will talk and just enjoy it all for a while.

We will be there all night.

I'll whip out my fancy smancy ink pen handmade out of 'Brazilian Blue Wood' to pay for the bill.

There will be no need to go anywhere or do anything else.

You need a night like this every once in a while.

Not too much.
