Letter to my son...

"People removed from people seem to have more pure views of what they believe is true.” 

I’ve been thinking about that for two days now.

“Be still and know that I am God.” It’s Kinda hard to be still when you are around others 😊. Psalm 46:10

My thinking goes a lil like this:

I read a while back:

“Maybe?, 

Maybe God sent everyone away because he wanted some time alone with you.”

I would argue in my case this has been back up with evidence and proven by:

A)    A very complete, well thought out, logical, comprehensive theology that was imputed during the course of having ego and self being ground down into nothingness, and then reemerging a completely different person. (John Wesley's 2nd act of grace, Christian perfection etc. Doesn’t mean perfect, means as perfect in love, the best Christian as you can be, for yourself.) Anyway, all that took place in front of witnesses over the course of a decade. I think it’s kinda hard to deny, or only a fool could have witnessed it and deny it. I don’t seek out oppions on theology doctrine etc, it just comes, so I know better than to fret about any of it.

B)    A unique daily prayer that couldn’t have come from the mind of men.

C)    A life of piety (reverence) and doing good works for others even to the point of ignoring my own basic needs.

D)   Years’ worth of “presentations” (sermons/teaching points) on deep, weighty, complex, controversial, hard to digest, topics, verses etc from somebody who just a few short years ago hadn’t even heard of, let alone studied most of them. To “catch up” to and surpass the religious establishment of today recalls the ruling religious councils thoughts about Peter and John in

Acts 4:13 When they saw the boldness of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they marveled and took note that these men had been with Jesus. Trust me, I have too (been w Jesus) in my own lil wilderness/isolation/hermit kingdom :-) so to speak.

Most People just don’t understand it because they lack understanding (knowledge of whats Holy). Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…

E)  Being more correct than a number of different experts in a wide variety of fields over a fairly long duration of time now.

This kinda sums it up:

It’s certainly not for everybody Ill just say that much. When in doubt? Read the scripture. (KJV) When there is doubt about the meanings of words and/or the context they are used in? Look them up online in Strong's concordance.

“People removed from people” do not have the “noise” so to speak, of everyday life (Bills, kids, jobs, spouses, chores, etc) they have to drown out in order to receive the message God wants them to hear, hence: “Maybe God sent everyone away because he wanted some time alone with you.”

Don’t be mad about me not wanting to hear what grandpa has to say about anything. These days? If I want somebody’s (anybody’s) not just grandpa oppions? I’ll go ask them, research online, email them etc. I simply do not want anything 2nd hand from anyone any more and these days? More people value my thoughts/oppions more than I want their oppions. That’s not being overly confident, its simply the truth and I would argue points A,B,C,D and E would be the reasons for that.

I love you buddy I had a really great visit with you and hope we can do that more often here soon. I felt like a 8 year old on Christmas Day walking out of that store w my eggs 😊. Ty so much. I hadn’t felt like that in a long time.
