Yeah

I wasn't done with the Niners just yet...Lol.

Go figure.

(And dont kid yourself...

That

and the NY Yankees logo are the most attractive in all of sport.

Nothing else even comes close to those 2.)

Somebody who used to be in my orbit a while back was just like my dad. They were both fans of Dallas from the very start, back when they were a expansion franchise. And this guy had been to Superbowls involving the Cowboys back in the seventies etc...

Anyway,

Here's what he used to say:

"Winning the Superbowl is easy.

It's winning the NFC east that's hard."

Right now?

There hasn't been a repeat winner of the NFC East in 19 years.

So my friends statement still rings true.

My dad also used to say,

and this is the seventies and 80's now:

"Put Dallas in that division

(NFC West, Niners,)

and let them play

the Saint, Falcons and Rams twice a year

and lets see how many Superbowls they would win."

70's Dallas teams?

In that division at that time?

Come on now,

you know what that would have meant.

You have to understand this was the absolute worst division

(NFC West, Niners)

in all of football for some 30 years...

and they played two less division games than everybody else!

The 0-14  to start the season Saints?

The aints?

So bad the fans would wear grocery bags over their heads lol.

(So nobody would know you still support them etc:-).

(Gotta hand it to the people of New Orleans :-)

They still managed to have a good time.)

Archie manning's bunch also, etc?

Were all from that time frame.
