Ukraine's grain exports down by almost half despite unblocked ports, ministry says


"The government has said that Ukraine could harvest at least 50 million tonnes of grain this year, compared with a record 86 million tonnes in 2021, because of the loss of land to Russian forces and lower grain yields."


Three new ships with grain leave Ukraine under landmark deal

Thats four ships so far, bound for 1) Lebanon (which refused its shipment) 2) Ireland 3) Britian and 4) Turkey.

First grain ship to depart Ukraine since war appears to dock in Syria



and in other encouraging news :-).

The day is coming when this pipeline will be shut down.
