Why does it matter that the organization hosting the event is only five years old?
These people aren't stupid.
People are on to them.
Their way of life is coming under fire.
They understand this more than most.
That's why they are fighting back like they are.
Doing everything they can to preempt things from happening.
They are ahead of the curve.
They see the paradigm shift, the sea-change that is coming if you will.
