I

don't know if I can do anymore :-).

I still got:
Refined
Purified
Redeemed
Blameless
and Sanctified yet to go.

But I am going to stop and try and summarize and explain better what I've just written.

Free will or Predestined?

It's always one or the other right?
Or it's most always presented that way.

It reminds me of:
Evolution or creation right?
It's always one or the other.
It's almost always presented that way right?

Love this BTW

I'm still waiting for someone to come knock on my door and explain to me how it is that God himself couldn't have created an evolutionary process?
Just no way he could have right?
An all knowing, all powerful, beyond our comprehension, deity that couldn't have created an evolutionary process.
That makes a lot of sense.
I don't buy it for a second.
I think he's been watching over us laughing, saying look at these fools down there,
half are looking at one side of the coin, and half are looking at the other side and a very few (not enough to make the half's not half's lol) are on the sides of the coin going,
"You idiots, it's the same coin for goodness sakes."

So?
If evolution and creation can be two sides of one coin?
And why can't that be an option?
Like I said, I'm waiting.
(Hey look, if it's good enough for Billy Graham?
It's good enough for me.)
Why can't Free will and Predestination be considered two parts of the same thing?
Two sides of the same coin that is.

My argument is this.
Some are predestined.
Some are predestined to glory through Jesus Christ to God almighty before they were born.
Others?
Others are created predestined to do evil.
Still Others?
Others were given free will to chose which path to take.
This is why some people will never turn from their evil ways.
"Some men, you just can't reach", sorry, had to :-),
it's not everyday you can work in a Cool Hand Luke reference :-).
Others?
Others can be reached, by the power of The Holy Spirit working through themselves or others, they can be won over.

What?
You say?

Look.
God created the wicked.
Proverbs 16:4
"The LORD has made everything for its own purpose, Even the wicked for the day of evil."
Would the righteous know they are righteous without something to compare themselves to?

Think of it this way:
God hardened Pharaohs heart.
Exodus 7:3-4
"But I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and though I multiply my signs and wonders in Egypt, he will not listen to you. Then I will lay my hand on Egypt and with mighty acts of judgment I will bring out my divisions, my people the Israelites."

If he hadn't hardened Pharaohs heart?
Would he have been able to show his wonders?
No, he couldn't have.
He had to harden Pharaoh's heart to reject him so that others might come to him.

So?

Free will or Predestined?

My answer would be all three :-).
Some are predestined to glory through Jesus Christ since before the beginning of time.
Others are predestined to evil since before the beginning of time
And still others?
Given free will to choose which path they want to take.
This is why some can be reached and converted and others, no matter what, can't.

I got another movie analogy.
Sitting here channeling Lonnie I suppose lol.

In "The Big Lebowski", would "The Dude" have been so cool if "Walter" wasn't such an ass?
The answer is a real simple "No".
No he wouldn't have been.

Free will or Predestined?

Easy I say, all three :-).

But what do I know?
Love you Lucy.

"If anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouths and devours their enemies."
