(The above paragraph is what is really going on. It's just how they conduct business. As for the unprofessionalism of the Russian troops? It's because they are largely draftees. Think about it for a second...You gonna pull out your big guns in round one? Or are you gonna sand bag for best you got for the long haul? What would a good poker player be doing?
