with Texas toast garlic toast.

And yes I used my

industrial toaster lol.

Texas toast is hard to get toasted throughout on a griddle.

The sides get done before the middle gets toasted.

So? Put in the above mentioned industrial toaster

and give it a lil

"pre-toast" as it were

and then finish it off on the griddle.

Whether French or garlic toast.

Yup...

Works.
