going to try and summarize:
even more so.
And the logic goes a lil something like this:
Come explain to me please
why in the world
I should wait for
"new particles/more complete theories"
to explain the
origin and evolution
of the cosmos
when
all around us
everywhere
we see
every time
ever
in all of existence
since the beginning of time:
Where there is information?
There is a conscious sentient intellect behind it
trying to convey a message.
But just not in the initial constants of the universe
and the laws that govern it's existence right?
Or?
In the information digitally encoded into DNA.
That information had to have a material source.
Yeah.
Good luck.
Just because you dont wanna believe something?
Doesn't mean it's not true.
The information contained in those things?
The practitioners of Scientism
rule out a
conscious sentient intellect
being behind them from the start,
even though it flies in the face of what we observe everyday
and have observed everyday
since the very first piece of information
ever came into existence.
(It's idolatry BTW.
Worshiping the gift (science)
instead of the giver (God Almighty)
And these types wanna talk about special pleading?
Please.
Spare me/us the nonsense.
So pardon me
(or don't)
while I dont feel compelled to wait for you
searching
for a material answer
to a metaphysical question
that you are just never gonna find.
(I have set eternity in the hearts of men...Ecc 3:11).
There has never been a chemical reaction ever take place
that produces the information necessary for life
of a one cell organism
to exist.
Read that again.
Chemical reactions dont produce the information necessary to create life.
The practitioners of Scientism are looking for a solution that simply doesn't exist.
(Stephen C Meyer correlates it to looking for hot croissants at the car dealership and wondering why you cant find any. But hey, it keeps them in a job I suppose :-).
In addition?
Why would the best and the brightest practitioners of Scientism
even bother to try convince us of the absurdities of:
The Multiverse
or
That the physical laws of nature bringing into existence universes.
("Because a law like gravity exist the universe had to come into existence"
Stephen Hawking.)
or
or
If they were so confident of:
"new particles/more complete theories"
explaining the
"origin and evolution"
of the cosmos?
They know whats up.
They just dont wanna admit it to themselves.
I would say I rest my case but:
Side note:
I'm a firm believer that God can do anything.
I believe in a "multiverse"
(God created the heavens)
only to the extent that the same conditions
that applied to bringing this one into existence
applied to all of them.
It's all of the available
wait for it...
INFORMATION :-)
we have.
