Your news is managed much more than you could ever believe. If it's left out of the public consciousness? It will soon fade from memory, or so it is hoped. Not quite how it works over here with yours truly.

And where did Jack Teixeira get those numbers from?

Somebody is telling you something and the lack of any kinda of plausible theory postulated for why Jack Teixeira would manipulate those numbers and where would he have gotten them from?
