Nobody is really sure where that is

Almost all commentators have that as being

thought to be Mount Zion in Jerusalem.

were created eternal

and are fallen angels,

both have worldly origins.

Otherwise they would meet the same fate.

The evil spirits of the Nephilim

an abode, a habitation,

and while as Demons do not 

(REQUIRE an abode, a habitation), 

it doesnt mean

they cant take over one.
