GUYS?

Learn how to cook

for goodness sakes lol.

Chili and Chz Baked Potato
Salsa, sour creme, jalapenos,
minced onions etc.

Nachos on a potato basically.
Simple, easy, quick and good.

"Garage special"
:-).

Spaghetti w/meat sauce.
(Italian sausage)
Garlic Bread.

(Should have drained the plate
but whatever lol.
Tossed salad would have been nice.
Next time :-).

Texas Toast French Toast
With Hot Sausage.

Big fan of sweet and hot together.

Put some vanilla in the egg wash
before you coat your bread with it
along with your
cinnamon and sugar mixture.

Is it really that hard?

Fresh ground coffee and
warm syrup makes a nice touch.

Found the syrup dispenser
at the thrift store for like $1.50.

I always hated it
that I couldn't have warm syrup
with my pancakes or French toast.
You cant microwave the syrup bottles
they don't fit in the microwave
and its not good for you if you do anyway,
and then trying to heat up water on the stove
to put the syrup bottle in is a pain
and takes to much room and time.

I saw that syrup dispenser
at the Good Will
and I was all over it lol.

Just take off the plastic top
and put the glass container
in the microwave
for 30-45 seconds, problem solved.

Like I said,
Its a nice touch.

Cajun Shrimp Pasta
w/Garlic Bread.

I had drippings in the pan
from cooking the shrimp,
(garlic, butter, and Cajun seasoning)
I should have drizzled it over
the noodles before putting the shrimp on them,
oh well, next time).

Beef and Bean Burrito
With The Fixings.

I made the beans lol.
And the seasoned ground beef
and mixed them together.

Lets just say I had "access"
to the Pico, Guacamole
and enchilada sauce :-).

Hey, hush, I  still had to assemble
and bake it lol.

My Kinda breakfast.
(Garage special)

Fresh ground coffee.
Bacon.
Sausage.
Scratch Hashbrowns
(a specialty of mine
and a garage special BTW)
Eggs over medium.
Two piece of toast.
(One is a "sideboard"
for sopping up the egg yokes,
the other is for desert w/jelly
at the end of the meal.

Cajun Pollack
w/Bacon Wrapped Asparagus.
(finished with parmesan).
and a Baked potato.

Steak Quesadilla.
Needed the guacamole,
lettuce, sour cream and pico
but it was done on the fly
so to speak so we didnt have
all the trimmings available.
Steak was already cooked.
We had dinner in 10 minutes.

Chicken Parmesan
w/Garlic Bread

We had company lol.
That's why two plates.

First attempt ever making it.
No kidding. No recipe either.
Seen it done enough
someplace where
I used to work.
I Figured could pull it off.

Turned out real good.

SO MEN?
LEARN HOW TO COOK!

We aint even really started
with grill season yet.

:-).

Love you honey.
Love all yawl too.

Thx for all the prayers.
Appreciate it.

Feeling a lil rejuvenated these days.
