Congressmen/women #2

Preacher Honey was listening to this AM.

"Quit trying to win arguments 

and start trying to win souls."

1) The "argument" has already been won.

God defeated death on a cross.

For I will give you speech and wisdom 

that none of your adversaries 

will be able to resist or contradict. 

Just did it.

See how that works?

God doesn't give you 

"speech and wisdom"

nobody can contradict

and then you don't use it.

And?

Only the holy spirit

is capable of changing mens hearts

and this guy had the nerve 

to talk about self-righteousness

??????????

Im just trying to soften up

the most hardened of hearts

to be receptive to it.

Newsflash to whoever 

that preacher was:

The status quo

always hates revolutionaries.

To the couple:

 that walked into the clinic where we were yesterday,

with whom I used to attend their place or worship.

I offered chances of  acknowledgement non-verbally 

by looking in your direction on four sperate occasions.

Each and every time the response was looking at the floor.

All I would have said is 

"Hey, how yall doin?

That kinda response displayed

says way more about you

that it ever will me.

So here's the kicker,

and I only ever bring things like this up

IN RESPONSE

to that kind of behavior.

Yall been on my prayer list for over a decade.

You and your entire family,

and youre still on my prayer list.

So the question is,

since you cant even look me in the eyes

Am I on yours?

Long story short?

I will continue to pray

for yall and your family.

Translation?

In certain peoples assured salvation?

Others see their assured destruction,

for being non-believers, or

posers, pretenders 

(Which is actually far worse 

than a non-believer

the non-believer aint trying to pretend 

he's something he aint.)

and cowards

(and some other things.)
