fact that we moved B1 Bombers to Guam
February 28, 2025
"For the first time in 30 years, the entire fleet of Cold War strategic bomber B-1B Lancers has been relocated to Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, and Anderson AFB, Guam. This has been done to pave the way for a runway construction project at Ellsworth, which will be used for the operations of the B-21 Raider fleet."
"As per information, a few Lancers were transported to Andersen AFB in Guam, while over 12 B-1Bs were sent to Grand Forks."
(Theres 45 total, they relocated the entire fleet,
do the math.)
"the B-1B was designed to deliver nuclear payloads deep into enemy territory."
(Their nuclear capabilities have since been decommissioned.)
But the fact that we moved them
had more to do with:
China says it is ready for 'any type of war' with US
than any kinda tariffs, trade war etc.
So now we got B52's in Qatar
and B1's in Guam.
Nice time for a "Runway expansion" don't ya think?
