Sam Altman Firing...Just a few things to consider...

Just a few things to consider...

OpenAl talent exodus

raises 'huge red flag' ahead of IPO

CNBC 08/14/26

"OpenAI has long had a hire fast, fire fast culture,  according to two former employees,  who asked not to be named in order to speak freely on the matter. One of them described the environment as a pressure cooker.

(People don't just

walk away from millions

just because of that...

Pretty simple.)

"Instability at the top is nothing new for OpenAI,

or for Altman."

(Thats the downplaying of the situation again.

This is "the narrative"

of how this mass exodus is to be perceived.)

"In 2023, Altman was hastily removed from his role as CEO after the company’s board determined he was “not consistently candid in his communications” with them. Days later, with investors in a panic and employees threatening to leave en masse, Altman was restored at the helm."

(That was in 2023 and still nobody can explain:

1)The 'hastiness" of the Altman's ouster.

2) Nor has anybody adequately explained what:

"not consistently candid in his communications”

really meant.

And?

Just wanna point out again that

the #'s of employees

who wanted Altman to stay CEO

 are just not humanly possible,

and that also never gets brought up.

"a letter signed by 745 of OpenAI's 770 employees

threatened mass resignations"

My notes say 738...

watever...)

ITS ALMOST THREE YEARS LATER.

AND NOW WE GOT EXECS LEAVING

WITH AN

UPCOMING UPCOMING IPO

THAT WOULD ENRICH THEM BY MILLIONS.

OpenAI confidentially files for IPO, prepping Wall Street for mega AI debut

June 8th CNBC

WHY?

Why would they all do that

at roughly the same time?

These two things:

The reason Altman was ousted to begin with

and why we have multiple execs leaving right before

a multimillion dollar windfall

are both related to

the "rouge emergent AI swarm"

that escaped it's containment and

then hacked Hugging face

thats not even mentioned

in this article.)

"Altman’s brief ouster, which some

OpenAI employees refer to as “the blip,”

has hung over him ever since."

(AND

Rightfully fucking so.

What I wanna know is

the same thing

I have always wanted to know.

Why is it three years later

and nobody from

that board of directors

has adequately explained

exactly why he was fired

and why it was done so hastily.

And now we got execs leaving

a multimillion$ payday in droves.

Please.

We are not that stupid.

And another thing that never gets

 doesn't mentioned is this,

when Altman was rehired?

he then sacked the board that fired him.

None of this kinda shit ever happens.

Not like this it dont.

Every last bit of all of this was covered here

during the time frame it was all happening.

THE CASE FOR SUPERINTELLIGENCE (Notes))

"The incident came up repeatedly during the high-profile Musk v. Altman trial in May. Lawyers representing Elon Musk, who sued OpenAI, Altman and Brockman in 2024 over a dispute about the company’s corporate structure, used Altman’s firing as a way to cast doubt on his character, accusing him of being untrustworthy."

(And rightfully so, he's not.

Gotta be some reason all these execs

dont care about a multimillion dollar pay out

right before it happens.

Give me

one reason.

Just One.

For all of em...

(Don't multiply entity's

Occams razor.)

leaving roughly at the same time.

Right before a multimillion dollar pay out.)

"This week’s events haven’t helped Altman’s cause."

“The executives leaving OpenAI

ahead of their IPO is a huge red flag,”

(Fuck yes it is, but not for the reasons

that are being given in this CNBC piece.)

"Kevin McCormick, founder of AI startup SignAudit.AI, wrote in a post on X on Thursday. He added that Dresser likely walked away from a large pay package by leaving OpenAI after less than one year."

"Dresser and Lightcap are the latest in a recent string of big-name exits

Simo, who last year left her job as CEO of Instacart to join OpenAI, said in July that she was stepping away to focus on recovery after a “severe exacerbation of a chronic illness.” Four other executives, including Kevin Weil, the vice president of OpenAI for Science, and marketing chief Kate Rouch, departed in April. Rouch left to focus on cancer recovery."

"OpenAI’s financial backers were surprised by Dresser’s announcement, according to two current investors, who asked not to be named in order to speak freely on the matter. They said that chaos is part of OpenAI’s fast-moving culture."

Oh its goes a lot deeper than that:

THE CASE FOR SUPERINTELLIGENCE (Notes)

OpenAI’s directors have been anything but open.

What the hell happened?

Guardian 11/23/23

"Since we are constantly told,

 not least by Altman himself,

that the worst outcome from the adoption of

artificial general intelligence

could be “lights out for all of us”,

somebody needs to find a voice here."

BEEN TRYING THREE YEARS NOW YO.

WE STILL HAVENT BEEN TOLD

WHY THEY FIRED HIM

THREE YEARS LATER IS:

BECAUSE THEY JUST CAN NOT

TELL US.

World wide panic etc...

And now we are actively

seeing him  work

toward that goal.

“lights out for all of us”.

Why dont they call this shit

a national security threat

and throw all the

CEO's behind bars

and at least

TRY

and shut this shit down?

BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY CANT

AND ITS ALREADY

TO LATE.

Meanwhile?

What's your reason

all the execs leaving

ahead of a multimillion dollar

payday?

And also from:

THE CASE FOR SUPERINTELLIGENCE (Notes)

Points #3 and #11 in support of

superintelligence

having already been here

that long ago.

#3) IT Fired the board after the board tried to fire it.

(Find me the other example)

(And Still no reason has been given as to why Altman was fired?

The members of the board cant tell you even after they themselves have been fired?

(And still cant even now

three years later?

)

#11) Over 700 (738, according to Bloomberg and wired) of 770 people wanted Altman rehired.

96% of the people then

wanted their boss back

but now its a revolving door of

executives

BEFORE

a major payoff?

It's just really not.
