Cooked it in the crock pot 

(steamed actually)

with a coke for the liquid.

Had my dry rub all over the outside 

to form "a seal" to keep the juices in.

We ate it that day 

and it was good, juicy, tender etc.

This is the next day, 

put the sliced pork shoulder 

in the dripping(s) from the crock pot 

in a muffin pan.

Some charcoal 

and a few 

smoldering bourbon barrel chunks and?

Lil over three hours later 

when I went to pick some up with tongs?

 It just crumbled lol.

Honey said:
