1 Corinthians 13 4-7

1 Corinthians 13 4-7

Brother Joe had a great story Sunday.
It was about his family and his children and how they read the bible every night.
A chapter a day at the end of the night I think he said.
He said all his kids, every last one of them, even the youngest, knew these verses by heart.
It's the last thing they read at night.
On the front of their bibles.

Know what happens in the mornings?
Sure you do lol.
They fight like brothers and sisters.
He said he was like, "But hey you just read this last night, you know the meaning, why are you behaving like this?"
Congregation got a good laugh.
Because were human.
That's why.

His point was (and I think it's a good one), it's one thing to read and to know, it's a completely different matter when it comes to acting on what we know.
I thought it was a great story.
