Truck started up just fine.
Battery was run down cause of the cold.
Running better already.
Idling a lot better.
Check engine light still on.
New gas tank, cleaner gas, wont take long to work it's way through all the sludge, corrosion, water etc...
Got some fuel line cleaner from Auto zone to put in it when I fill up heading home.
12 years old...
I can imagine what the inside of the gas tank looked like.
Glad to have it back.
It's a part of me.
It's family.
At a minimum, the goal is to keep it until I can put historical plates on it.
(7 more years).
