thought I had put this story on here but I couldn't find it so I'll tell it again.
A good while back I went to this barber shop I like in Owensboro.
I'm sitting there in the chair and this older gray haired gentleman walks in and several people say "Hey Wendell!"
I'm sitting there like, wow, Wendell must be a popular guy.
A little while later somebody ask him,
"Wendell, is there anything you miss about being up there?"
That's when it hit me, oh shit, that's Senator Wendell Ford (Retired).
"I miss being able to help people." He says.
I guess it was an accident I heard that that day right?
Be like Wendell.
