The guidance councilor e-mailed me.
They are taking him out of Spanish this semester and putting him in a regular (not advanced) Algebra class. He will be able to take Spanish next year they said.
Hopefully with him already having had the class and it not being advanced he will be able to stay on track.
My nerves are calming.

And I will find out whats up.
