WIS Checked out the after the HP tech was done 

everything check out good NOC released the HP tech.

Note: I found facility has a new circuit (46448454).  I opened ticket with Sprint with the old so the circuit I opened the Sprint ticket

Sprint called same thing as yesterday the do not se utilization
