Meanwhile a corn dog, a funnel cake, a ribeye sandwich and two large lemon shake ups later lol...
I'm gonna go pass out :-).
Rode the "Berry-go-round", a strawberry spinning thingie with Jr :-). We got going and it wouldn't stop, he was laughing so hard he couldn't quit lol. Kids behaved well, Jr was very patient waiting in the lines. Since you won't ever ride a scrambler with me I rode it with Jr instead so there! Ha! :-). It was his first time. He did good. Halie got to watch the pull horses work with Christians dad. I got to break away and do and see what I wanted as well. I didn't recognize the name on the Blue Ribbon Blackberry Jam. I do know a certain individual who was won that award in the past :-). With his very own blackberries no less :-). The quilts didn't have anything on the ones mom makes. Her worst quilt looks better than all but two or three they had displayed. I got some literature about growing some hemp :-). Be a hemp farmer sweetheart, how about that? Seriously, this year, the "Kentucky Hemp Ventures", a farmer owned co-op based right up the road in Cloverport, KY had their five farmers plant 40 acres of industrial hemp. I told them "I only got 3/4 of an acre." They said, "Petition to get a green house." lol. I'm gonna fill out and mail in the form just to see what kind of informational materials I can get from them. It was a good night. A lot more drama and hassle free than it could have been. Kids did great. They got to watch the dirt cross and stuff. Glad I went, I enjoyed it. Just wish I could have rode the scrambler with you :-).
Love you Lucy.
Night.
