Except I accidentally turned the oven off and didn't know it, so things got delayed
for 45 minutes :-).

Green Chili Chicken Enchilada Casserole with fresh made guacamole, chips, fresh chopped lettuce and tomato, sour cream and fresh chopped cilantro.
