WOULD YOU DIE FOR A LIE?
Put any three men in three separate rooms and tell them that if they don't admit to a hoax they said they witnessed they are going to die a brutal death and what do you think would happen?
11 men went to the most brutal, horrifying deaths you could ever imagine. Buried alive, tortured, sawed in half, beheaded, crucified upside down, beaten to death. Etc.
None of them ever recanted what they said they witnessed, not a one, even when it could have saved their lives. So again I ask you, would you die for a lie? Do you know anyone that would? Do you honestly believe that eleven men involved in some grand hoax would willingly be put to death when all they had to do was say it was a lie and it could have saved them their lives?
You get more than one person involved in a conspiracy to do anything and you catch them they are going to turn on and renounce one another in a heartbeat just to try and save their hides, it’s just human nature.
Not these eleven. I wonder why that was.
