We need to make sure we give them enough to replace the roof, the plumbing and the electrical.

Everything else is pretty much cosmetic and they should be able to handle it themselves.

Yard, landscaping, etc.

Hopefully some people can relax a lil bit now and get on with having a good time like we should be here before long.
