The RNC and all those who ran for the Republican presidential nomination? I do blame them for letting Trump get so out of control.

Know who else I blame? "The media." I despise that term anymore. Every time he called in to a cable news network or some radio or TV show? That network should have had to provide as much air time to the other candidates. The greed for ratings and profits and cult of personality that the media seem to revel in helped get him elected.

 As CBS CEO Les Moonves said, Trump’s campaign “may not be good for America, but it’s damn good for CBS” and that “The money’s rolling in, this is fun.” He went on to say “it’s a terrible thing to say, but bring it on, Donald, go ahead, keep going.”
