wouldn't hold my breath on any of it ever making it there.

US to send $3 billion in aid to Ukraine as war hits 6 months

If you're the Kremlin?

Why would you ever let it get there in the first place?

Were gonna see here soon just what the Russians could have done on day one if they would have chosen to do so. One side was pickin for a fight (with US), the other doesn't really wanna, it's not that hard to figure out who is who in that equation. And the types of aid talked about are telling, seeing a longer timeframe for the conflict, closer quarters fighting etc...

The recent events including: The "missile" attack on the air base in Crimea, the same on a weapons depot a week later, our testing of a minuteman III ICBM, and the assassination of Daria Dugina should be telling you that now its somebody else move.

And that somebody just happens to have in place 12 destroyers in the Black sea, the Sea of Azov and the  Mediterranean Ocean (9 of which are caring cruise missiles), Hypersonic missiles specifically designed too take out NATO Missile defenses deployed to Kaliningrad, and 400+ planes and 300+ attack helicopters in Southern Belarus.

Now ask yourself this:

If you had all that in place right now today?

How long would you sit back and wait for more arms and training to come to your adversary?

"As Russia’s war on Ukraine drags on, U.S. security assistance is shifting to a longer-term campaign that will likely keep more American military troops in Europe into the future, including imminent plans to announce an additional roughly $3 billion in aid to train and equip Ukrainian forces to fight for years to come, U.S. officials said.'

(Endless wars never brought down any other empire right?)

"The money will fund contracts for as many as three types of drones, and other weapons, ammunition and equipment that may not see the battlefront for a year or two, they said.0

(Or ever. That statement is assuming there is still a battlefront in a year or two.)

"Unlike most previous packages, the new funding is largely aimed at helping Ukraine secure its medium- to long-term defense posture, according to the officials familiar with the matter. Earlier shipments, most of them done under Presidential Drawdown Authority, have focused on Ukraine’s more immediate needs for weapons and ammunition and involved materiel that the Pentagon already has in stock that can be shipped in short order."

(Sounding like we got to make it first, then get it there. I thought the russians were the ones running low on things.)

"the new package is intended to reassure Ukrainian officials that the United States intends to keep up its support"

(It would have already been over without it and the Ukrainians know it.)

"There are fears that Russia will intensify attacks on civilian infrastructure and government facilities in Ukraine in the coming days because of the independence holiday and the six-month anniversary of the invasion."

(Notice how all the events I just mentioned above don't get mentioned? Don't you find it odd that when we were being told Putin wasn't going to invade we were being shown daily: troop deployments/ movements on the Russian/Ukrainian border etc and now that we know Putin is about to unload were not being told anything about the build up of military ships in the seas surrounding the Ukraine or the build up of aircraft and helicopters in Belarus? Why would that be exactly?)

US warns of intensified Russian attacks in Ukraine

"The US has issued a warning that Russia is stepping up efforts to launch airstrikes against Ukraine’s civilian targets and government buildings this week — and urged Americans to leave the war-torn country immediately.

"US officials sounded the alarm after the intelligence community declassified a finding that determined Russian forces would intensify attacks against civilian infrastructure, according to an official familiar with the matter."

(We know whats coming, you are about to see some more things you never thought you would see in your lifetime)

"German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said his country is providing more than 500 million euros (nearly $500 million) in aid, including powerful anti-aircraft systems. The aid will also include rocket launchers, ammunition, anti-drone equipment, a dozen armored recovery vehicles and and three additional IRIS-T long-range air defense systems, the German news agency dpa reported.

The funding must still be approved by parliament, and some of it won’t be delivered until next year."

(Like I asked, do you really think its gonna make it there by then?)

"To date, the U.S. has provided about $10.6 billion in military aid to Ukraine since the beginning of the Biden administration, including 19 packages of weapons taken directly from Defense Department stocks since August 2021."

"U.S. defense leaders are also eyeing plans that will expand training for Ukrainian troops outside their country, and for militaries on Europe’s eastern and southern flanks that feel most threatened by Russia’s aggression.'"

But the Ukrainians alone have fought the Russians to a stand still right?

Looks to me like OUR weapons supply's are getting drawn down along with our strategic petroleum reserve, right when we can least afford either.
