When you were in the middle of giving me the biggest thrill I had had in a while last night...Sprint calls with an update on one of our circuits lol...I was like NO! Not now! lol...Slept six hours straight, slept great, told him to get a ride home so I could crash, woke up feeling as refreshed as I had in a while :-). Ate vegetarian yesterday ( falafel sandwich and a small salad) gout attack is just about over, knee is almost back to normal, worst episode I had like that in a while. Off to store to start working on dinner...
